Consumer protection effectively translates the concept of contemporary human rights and has become a widespread global concern. This concern is reflected in the attention of governments and is evident in the enactment of political and economic regulations. Therefore, it is imperative to highlight this issue in a manner that aligns with the modern era, and global trade must ensure reasonable protection for consumers, guaranteeing their confidence in the products they regularly purchase. The term consumer protection in its current form is relatively modern, driven by multiple factors, including the increase in consumer goods due to population growth. Additionally, judicial efforts have not traditionally focused extensively on direct consumer protection. This modest attempt aims to shed light on consumer rights protection, explaining how it aligns with the latest developments and influential aspects of consumer protection. The research problem of tracking consumer rights in legal texts can be precisely defined, especially since this problem affects all members of society. Every person depends on products and services as he consumes them, so contributing to solving this problem is necessary.
