The Recursion Principle: Relational Coherence as the Primitive Act of Measurement

This paper identifies the foundational principle underlying Relational Rank Geometry (RRG): content-independent observation produces domain-independent geometry. It unifies the algebraic and geometric formulations of RRG by showing them to be different resolutions of the same invariant structure. No new theorems are introduced; the contribution is the extraction and articulation of the principle underlying the framework’s universality.
