This paper presents how the framework already recovers substantial portions of special-relativistic kinematics and general-relativistic weak-field observational structure, but does so from a different physical ontology and derivational order rather than by treating Lorentz symmetry or spacetime curvature as primitive. At the same time, it does not present the framework as a finished replacement theory: the deeper matter and sourcing questions remain open. The paper’s purpose is therefore comparative and diagnostic—to state plainly what has already been recovered, what is physically distinct about the framework, and where the genuine remaining frontier still lies.
