Eco-friendly natural fibers composites are an area of interest now a days. However,inherently low mechanical characteristics and environmental aging factors limit their use. Fillers’ incorporation providing micro-level reinforcement for stress distribution works efficiently to improve the performance. Hence, this study investigates the influence of cellulosic bio-fillers on impact performance of jute reinforced green epoxy composites. Wood flour and rice husk fillers being low cost, bio-degradable, and waste materials were incorporated in three different (1%, 5%, and 8%) concentrations. Focusing on service life, all possible impacts including Charpy, drop weight, and Izod were in-vitro characterized. Fillers’ incorporation significantly improved the impact performance, with an optimal filler concentration of 5% for both wood flour and rice husk. Overall performance of wood dust was found higher owing to a relatively smaller particle size. Compared to unfilled composites, a relative increase of 116%, 108%, and 29% was noticed in impact Fmax for Charpy, drop weight, and Izod, respectively, at 5% concentrations. Such findings underscore the potential of bio-fillers for impact performance enhancement of green composites, offering sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
