A near-complete, haplotype-resolved telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of C. sativa was generated, enabling comprehensive characterization of telomeric, subtelomeric, and centromeric regions. Extensive high-order repetitive structures and substantial structural variation between haplotypes were identified. This assembly provides a valuable genomic resource for studies of chromosome architecture, genome evolution, and cannabis biology.
