Document D55 of the Projective Dynamic Logo (PDL) framework. Derives the Weinberg angle θW = 19π/119 as an unconditional theorem of axioms C1–C4, without external input from the Standard Model. The derivation identifies θW as a dephasing sequencing ratio: the Berry phase accumulated during k₂ = 19 elementary interface steps out of Nₜotal = 119, where k₂ is the second prime leakage cycle index (D51) and Nₜotal is the total asymmetry-distinguishable step count of the proton-electron interface (Lemma D, proved exhaustively). The predicted sin²θW = 0. 231196 agrees with PDG 2024 at 0. 48σ. As a secondary result, combining with the geometric formula yields a new PDL prediction Δmᵢso = 2. 446 MeV, falsifiable by next-generation lattice QCD. Open Problem OP10 (Weinberg angle) is resolved at the level of θW. Accompanied by a Python/Colab verification script with 0 counter-examples over all 768 (A) ∧ (B) configurations.
