AbstractThis work develops the stepwise structure of the vacuum based on the Ontopole windingformula α−1(n) = 2πn − π/16 − 1 and establishes its connection with the Unruh effect. Thevacuum is not a homogeneous ground state, but a discrete hierarchy of levels indexed by theeffective vortex winding number n. Each level n corresponds to a stable boson — a quantumof excitation of the 12D field — with energy En = Φmin · α−1(n) and activation temperatureTn = Φmin · α−1(n)/(2πkB ). The Unruh effect is reformulated as resonant activation ofvacuum levels by an accelerated observer. The electromagnetic photon is identified as theboson of the n = 22 level.
