This paper proposes an explanatory extension of the Neerhut Unified Informational Field Theory (NUIFT), interpreting the Big Bang not as the absolute creation of existence from nothing, but as a cosmic-scale informational phase transition. In this framework, the information that later appeared as spacetime, matter, radiation, gravity, and temporal flow already existed in a pre-geometric condition. The Big Bang is therefore treated as the transformation of pre-existing universal information into physical reality. The paper is intentionally written as a readable theoretical proposal rather than a full mathematical derivation. It introduces four conceptual formula anchors, distinguishes information from void, relates the proposal to existing work in information-theoretic physics, black-hole thermodynamics, holography, emergent gravity, and early-universe phase-transition models, and proposes ten testable consequences. Special emphasis is placed on early galaxy and early black-hole formation as a possible future test area for informational preconditioning.
