This work introduces the V10 variational framework of the VLCC model (Variable Lagrangian of Cosmic Chronotropy) and proposes an operational stabilization of its theoretical architecture. VLCC V10 reformulates the former morphogenic gradients as continuous morphogenic attractors organized within a variational space defined by the morphogenic coordinates (χ1,χ3). The model notably introduces: a tri-phasic coherent field T=(τ,σ,Δt); a chronotropic dynamics based on the morphogenic triplet (t₁,t₂,t₁'); a morphogenic variator designed to continuously weight local attractors ; an operational reformulation of the morphogenic inertial environment Tenv; an new open variational framework equation ; and a V10 variational Lagrangian integrating morphogenic memory, attractorial redistributions and coherent stabilization mechanisms. VLCC V10 does not constitute a finalized physical theory, nor a complete reformulation of general relativity or standard cosmology. The present work mainly aims at stabilizing the operational V10 framework and introducing a coherent variational architecture. Detailed mathematical developments, explicit Lagrangian constraints and observational confrontations will be addressed in future dedicated works.
