This article analyzes effective methods of protecting the population in the context of pandemics and biological threats. In particular, the mechanisms of the spread of infectious diseases, the organization of preventive measures, adherence to sanitary and hygienic rules, and the importance of modern medical approaches are highlighted. Additionally, the possibilities of preventing diseases through quarantine measures, vaccination processes, and public awareness are discussed. The article emphasizes the role of the healthcare system, the level of preparedness for emergency situations, and the importance of public cooperation. The results of the study contribute to the development of practical recommendations for effective population protection during pandemics.
