The article examines the issues of cadastral registration of capital construction facilities. The authors analyze the features of objects, propose an applied classification of groups with identifiers, grounds for accounting actions and the necessary documents. Attention is paid to the technical plan as a key document for entering information into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in accordance with Law No. 218-FZ and Rosreestr Order No. P/0082. Reconstruction, major repairs, redevelopment of non-residential premises, procedures for obtaining permits and grounds for refusals are considered. The simplified rules for "dacha amnesty" and liability for violations are described. At the end of the analysis of regulatory acts, the problems of accounting for redevelopment are identified and the role of the technical plan for updating data in the EGRN is emphasized.
