This article examines innovative management of business processes in trade enterprises and ways to improve their economic efficiency. In the context of increasing market competition and rapid digital transformation, the optimization of business processes has become a key factor in ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of trade organizations. The study analyzes the role of modern management approaches, digital technologies, automation systems, and data-driven decision-making in improving operational efficiency. Special attention is given to process optimization, cost reduction, resource management, and the integration of innovative tools such as ERP systems, artificial intelligence, and business analytics. The findings show that innovative management of business processes significantly enhances economic efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of trade enterprises.
