The article presents approaches to considering the format of remote work of employees for organizations of various industries and spheres of activity. The advantages and disadvantages of the hybrid work format for employees and management of the company are determined. Recommendations on key aspects of organizing remote work for employees are given. The nature of the influence of the remote office on the corporate culture of the organization and the motivation of employees is clarified. Cause-and-effect relationships are considered in solving problems related to the organization of functioning of virtual and remote offices. The factors influencing the success of the implementation of the remote work format in organizations are identified.
