The cloud computing is the most popular and emerging technology in today's world. Most of the companies are going to switch their networks on cloud. As the cloud grows at its rapid rate, it faces some problems e.g. how to utilize the resources in a better way, how to design a mechanism which takes the decisions right itself for allocation of the resources. A lot of research has been done in this field but still there are scopes of improvement like improve the scheduling framework in a better way which can provide better resource utilization by considering the multi-objectives factors like makespan and cost etc. In this paper a scheduling framework is proposed which consider the task type before submitting it to the virtual machine. The motivation behind the work is to identify the tasks and submit these tasks into appropriate machine i.e. task demand low computation does not submit into to high computing capability virtual machine to diminish the cost and enhance the resource utilization.
