The article provides an analysis of various ecosystem functioning models, examines domestic and foreign experience, discusses examples of successful initiatives, and identifies existing problems faced by startups and innovative companies. Special attention is paid to factors contributing to the sustainable development of these ecosystems, such as access to finance, the availability of qualified personnel, and support from the Government and educational institutions. In addition, the author examines the prospects for the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the context of globalization and rapidly changing technological trends, focusing on the importance of adaptation and cooperation between various ecosystem participants to achieve competitive advantages. Thus, the article offers a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges faced by entrepreneurs, as well as provides recommendations on how to optimize the functioning of ecosystems for more successful business development.
