This paper introduces and theories the Architect Generation — a conceptual framework identifying the period between ages 15 and 25 as the decisive ‘Biological and Intellectual Design Window’ in which the foundational structure of human personality, intellectual orientation, and moral character is established. Drawing upon developmental psychology (Piaget, Erikson), existentialist philosophy (Sartre, Arendt), the history of science across Greek, Islamic, and European civilisational epochs, and contemporary discourse on generative artificial intelligence, the paper argues that the emergence of AI-dependent digital culture poses a structurally novel threat to this formative window. The theory further distinguishes between the ‘Architect Generation’ — individuals who design systems through autonomous moral and intellectual construction — and the ‘Generative Generation’ — individuals who consume and recombine pre-existing outputs without originating independent frameworks. The paper proposes that authentic intellectual sovereignty during the 15–25 age window is the foundational counter-strategy to algorithmic dependency, cognitive passivity, and geopolitical instrumentalisation of youth. The Architect Generation Theory is situated as a branch doctrine within the broader Diella Doctrine framework. Editorial Context & Author Disclosures Terminology Disclosure: The term “Architect Generation” was first coined by Arif Jameel in “The Diella Doctrine” and is formally introduced in this work as a moral–political category for the age of algorithmic governance.
