Abstract

摘要：代谢相关脂肪性肝病（metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease，MAFLD）已经成为全球最常见的慢性肝脏疾病，并成为中国第一大肝病，与心血管-肾脏-代谢综合征及多种恶性肿瘤的高发密切相关。查阅近年关于MAFLD的中医药研究文献，此文主要从病名、病因病机、辨证分型及治疗方法（单味中药、中药复方、中成药、中医外治）等方面进行综述，中医药通过调节脂肪代谢、抗炎作用、改善胰岛素抵抗，以及影响肠道微生物群等途径防治MAFLD，以期为中医药临床治疗MAFLD提供思路与参考依据。
