Abstract

This report brings analyses and research findings from primary and secondary quantitative and qualitative evidence to examine the impact of EPWP Phase 2 (2009-2014) in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The EPWP Phase 2 Impact Assessment Study was undertaken by the Economic and Performance Development Programme, Human Sciences Research Council between 2013 and 2015.
