The paper consolidates the post-Paper067 v300000 and v500000 audit series into a single non-clinical structural screening report.The v300000 audit reports External Replay Package completeness of 91.67%, Formula148 schema conformance of 100%, and a staged Formula148 structural recovery benchmark. Formula148 locked holdout v6 reaches 81.29% against a null mean of 7.18%, passing the 80% gate while explicitly not passing the 84% or 85% gates.The v500000 audit extends the framework to Theme Replay v2 for gray hair and gout, CompoundGraph/Pathway Feature Alignment, Reviewer Package readiness, and U131 Standard v1.0 Freeze readiness. White-hair theme replay readiness reaches 88.4% with 96.5% risk-badge readiness. Gout theme replay readiness reaches 90.2% with 97.1% risk-badge readiness. CompoundGraph/Pathway Feature Alignment reaches 88.7%, Standard v1.0 conformance reaches 100%, and Reviewer Package readiness reaches 94%.The work is limited to structural screening, replay readiness, formula-recovery governance, risk-badge display, Failure Taxonomy, Rule-Delta quarantine, and reproducibility.
