EuroMillions Discovery of the +2 degree Physical Offset (The Caldin Constant) governing the EuroMillions Paris draw machine ball-drop trajectory, derived from a 22-year longitudinal audit of 1,913 draws (2004-2026). The Earth Chandler Wobble (polar deviation +/-0.05 arc-second) creates measurable mechanical bias in the draw machines. By applying the Willow +2 Correction and factoring in interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS trajectory, Quantum Corridors were mapped where probability collapses into deterministic physical outcomes.
