With the rise in awareness about nutrition, lifestyle diseases, and overall health, students are increasingly considering health consciousness as a key factor in their dietary choices. Nevertheless, despite this heightened awareness, many students still engage in unhealthy eating habits, such as consuming fast food frequently, having irregular meal schedules, and eating insufficient amounts of nutritious foods (Gaur Ajzen, 1991). A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire given to a convenience sample of 475 students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square tests, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analysis. The results indicated a strong positive correlation between health consciousness and healthy eating habits, suggesting that students with greater health awareness are more inclined to follow nutritious dietary practices (Michaelidou Deliens et al., 2014). The study concludes that enhancing students' health consciousness, along with fostering supportive food environments, can promote healthier eating habits and long-term well-being.
