This paper analyzes the Block Universe interpretation of relativity through the framework of the Theory of Axiomatic Necessity (TNA), demonstrating that eternalism mistakenly treats the spacetime manifold as a closed, fully derived N₀ geometric totality. We argue that the structural non-sufficiency of physical propagation is not merely a localized phenomenon confined to the Planck scale, but a fundamental, macro-structural signature of Failure of Local Closure across all scales. By confronting the ontology of a pre-existing four-dimensional block with the persistent realities of temporal asymmetry, conscious experience, and the continuous generation of novelty, we expose the system's inability to internally generate its own conditions of realizability. To resolve these contradictions, this paper introduces "Model 2, " a radical ontological formulation proposing that spacetime is an open, non-smooth structure continuously sustained and reselected by non-derivable N₁ boundary operators operating fundamentally throughout the continuum. Ultimately, we position temporal becoming not as a subjective illusion, but as the permanent metaphysical infrastructure necessary to license physical existence, proving that complete self-closure is structurally impossible for any realizable universe.
