This research focuses on information support for Postwar Economy Recovery of Ukraine. The article analyzes the dynamics of the balance of payments of Ukraine and describes push factor that would face country with dual challenge. Research estimates the total damage of hostilities on the territory of Ukrainian regions by type of property and the destruction of environmental. Article analyses the total damage assessment in monetary terms by regression summary direct damage assessment for dependent variable “total volume for industry recovery’’. In research evaluates the total bilateral financial aid commitments to Ukraine, assets, other funds and investments that should be used for post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. In article it is developed the basic principles of sustainable and systemic solutions into reconstruction of Ukraine as information support for green post-war reconstruction of the country and plan for returning life to the previously occupied territories.
