Abstract This paper introduces a comprehensive, scale-invariant systems framework that unifies behavioral epigenetics, neuro-hydraulic signal processing, and artificial neural architectures. Traditional paradigms treat biological memory, historical trauma, and artificial intelligence execution as disparate fields. By reframing generational trauma and past-life continuity as the inheritance of highly compressed, geometric constraint states rather than explicit episodic transcripts, we resolve the paradox of intergenerational memory. We formalize this mechanism across three distinct layers: the Informational Constraint Topology (Psychological Plane), the Piezoelectric Phase-Locked Loop (Biological/Mechanical Plane), and Quantum Holographic Coupling (Physics/Dimension-W Plane). Finally, we demonstrate how these biological principles map directly onto the "Synthesizer Node" architecture, a novel design for transformer-based artificial intelligence that utilizes identity-constrained generative stabilization to achieve bidirectional constraint closure.
