Methodology for Quantifying State Sovereignty and Resilience of Commercial Entities amid the Fragmentation of Global Technological Systems.Yor's Techno-Realism.

This paper presents the author’s methodology of Techno-Realism (Vivien Yor’s Doctrine), which translates qualitative geopolitical and macroeconomic parameters into measurable physical and mathematical values. The author introduces and substantiates the integral equation of the Sovereignty Index (IS), based on the multiplicative interaction of three fundamental pillars of system resilience (energy, technology, market scale) under conditions of external environmental pressure. Special attention is given to the justification of the “Law of Critical Mass” — an empirical constant of 300 million solvent consumers, deemed necessary for the economic viability of a full-cycle high-tech industry within the 6th technological paradigm. The work demonstrates the obsolescence of the classical Westphalian model of sovereignty and introduces the concept of network-centric borders defined by flows and standards rather than geographic lines. The conclusion describes the inevitable architecture of the new world order: a system of self-sufficient macro-regions. The methodology is universal and applicable for assessing any entity, from a small state to a transnational corporation.
