We present the complete Alhwarat Multiverse Spectrum, a zero-free-parameter framework from 5D Randall-Sundrum gravity. The spectrum quantizes gravitational buoyancy as ηₙ = η₀ × φⁿ for n=-2 to 3, reproducing: (1) Big Bang Nucleosynthesis yields, (2) SDSS DR7 cosmic void lensing Φ₀ = -0. 091 ± 0. 022 with χ²/dof = 0. 83, (3) Dark energy density Ω_Λ + ΩDM = 0. 951, (4) LIGO black hole mass peaks at M = Mₛun × φⁿ. All parameters from prior work are now derived as n=1 states. CSST 2026 must observe five discrete Φ₀ peaks or the spectrum is falsified. Zero free parameters. Code and data provided.
