This technical whitepaper presents a proven framework for deploying E-band microwave (70/80 GHz) as a scalable, cost-effective solution to bridge the U. S. broadband connectivity gap. Drawing on the author’s direct experience leading the world’s largest E-band backhaul network deployment in Saudi Arabia (2020), the paper proposes a turnkey architecture for 5G backhaul and enterprise Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) in underserved U. S. markets. Key contributions include: a comparative analysis of broadband technologies demonstrating E-band’s superior throughput-to-deployment-speed ratio; a proven Active Network Sharing (MORAN) model that reduced capital expenditure by 30–40% per operator; and an enterprise DIA framework delivering 1–10 Gbps connectivity at 60–70% lower installation cost than fiber. The paper also presents a 36-month U. S. deployment roadmap aligned with BEAD program funding priorities and FCC light-licensing advantages. This work is directly relevant to U.
