CITYMIND is an Urban Human Systems Intelligence framework designed to model and monitor five analytically independent urban subsystems: Transport Flow, Population Density, Energy Consumption, Mobility Behavior, and Infrastructure Load. Each subsystem is governed by its own domain-specific equations and validated independently. The subsystem outputs are aggregated into a composite Urban Health Index (UHI) through an AI-assisted dynamic weighting mechanism. Artificial Intelligence operates strictly as a bounded optimization and aggregation layer and does not replace domain-specific urban system models. The framework provides real-time urban condition assessment, anomaly detection, predictive stress monitoring, and governance-oriented decision support for smart city operations.
