This paper proposes a temperature detection and protection system design based on the wireless charging transmitter chip system architecture. The system addresses issues such as abnormal operation and overheating damage of the wireless charging transmitter chip when operating at maximum power output and high internal circuit temperatures. It focuses on targeted temperature detection and protection design for each core functional circuit of the chip, ultimately achieving safe and stable operation of the chip at its maximum power.
