Abstract Breast cancer survivorship has improved significantly due to advances in early detection and therapy, yet survivors frequently face long‐term physical, psychological, and social challenges that compromise quality of life (QoL). Rehabilitation and supportive care are essential for restoring function, reducing symptom burden, and promoting holistic well‐being. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) offer a global framework to guide equitable, patient‐centered, and sustainable survivorship programs. This narrative review proposes a comprehensive SDG‐guided framework integrating multidisciplinary rehabilitation, psychosocial support, health education, and policy interventions to optimize survivorship outcomes. By aligning care with SDG principles, the framework emphasizes functional recovery, psychosocial adaptation, and QoL enhancement, providing actionable strategies for healthcare systems, clinicians, and researchers to improve long‐term outcomes in breast cancer survivors.
