This study examines employee perceptions and experiences regarding performance appraisal practices at Shree Revathi Industries. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and workplace observations. The study explores employee awareness of appraisal procedures, perceived fairness, feedback mechanisms, motivational impact, and challenges associated with the existing appraisal system. The findings provide insights into how performance appraisal practices influence employee satisfaction, performance, and organizational effectiveness, and offer recommendations for improving appraisal processes within the manufacturing sector.
