The impact of informatization on economic and social development is becoming increasingly profound, as information technology is widely used and deeply integrated into various aspects of our lives. This technology has the potential for significant breakthroughs and innovations. E-government, in particular, is playing a vital role in enhancing administrative efficiency, improving government operations, and fostering greater democratic participation. The global push for informatization is leading to transformative changes in the world today. Accelerating the development of informatization has become a shared goal for countries worldwide. However, as various systems are implemented, a series of challenges arise. These challenges include integrating existing systems for business processes, enabling data sharing, and avoiding duplication of development efforts. Group Decision Support Systems (GDSS) have emerged as a solution to address these challenges. GDSS leverage computer technology, communication media, and decision support to assist groups in solving semi-structured problems. With the rapid advancement of Internet technology, distributed group decision-making has become a prominent trend and a focus in the design of e-government systems. This paper primarily discusses the Integrated Administrative Management Platform, which is designed to streamline the operations of various existing information systems. It is driven by multiple business flows and provides a wealth of data and information resources. The platform aims to enhance administrative efficiency and improve the processing of tasks and services in the inspection and quarantine industry.
