Abstract Introduction Climacturia after radical prostatectomy is a distressing symptom that negatively affects sexual function and quality of life. Surgical options are limited in patients who do not require penile prosthesis implantation. The mini-jupette sling has only been reported in conjunction with inflatable penile prosthesis placement to the best of our knowledge. Objective We describe a standalone mini-jupette procedure in a patient with erectile dysfunction responsive to intracavernosal injections (ICI). Methods A patient with post-robotic radical prostatectomy erectile dysfunction achieved satisfactory rigidity with ICI but had persistent climacturia refractory to conservative treatment. Through a penoscrotal approach, a strip of bovine pericardium was positioned to provide ventral urethral support at the penoscrotal junction. Intraoperative flexible cystoscopy confirmed adequate urethral mucosal coaptation. Results The mini-jupette procedure was completed without complications. Endoscopic assessment demonstrated satisfactory coaptation. At 3-month follow-up, the patient reported complete resolution of climacturia, preserved erectile rigidity with ICI, and no new voiding symptoms. Conclusions Standalone mini-jupette placement without penile prosthesis appears as a safe and effective option in selected patients with climacturia and preserved erectile function. Disclosure No
