Concluding the foundational THFR series, this paper establishes the QCRS as a decelerating biomorphic filter driven by the Informational Quantum Field (IQF) loop. We introduce Morphological Isometry and Topological Anchors to explain why observers perceive a synchronized, deterministic 3D+1 world with fixed laws. Time is stripped of its independent dimension and mathematically formalized as a differential operator of topological state-comparison. Consequently, the paper demonstrates the absorption of Quantum Mechanics, redefining quantum uncertainty as the fundamental limit of intrinsic metric resolution.
