Sustainable business practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have emerged as fundamental components of contemporary business strategy in response to growing environmental and social challenges. Modern organizations are increasingly expected to balance economic growth with environmental protection and social welfare to ensure long-term sustainability. This study examines the relationship between sustainable business practices and CSR using secondary data collected from research journals, government publications, sustainability reports, and other academic sources. The analysis highlights how responsible resource management, ethical governance, and community-oriented initiatives contribute to improved environmental performance and stronger stakeholder relationships. The findings indicate that organizations adopting sustainable strategies experience enhanced corporate reputation, increased stakeholder trust, and improved financial performance. CSR initiatives also play a significant role in promoting community development and supporting inclusive economic growth. The study concludes that CSR and sustainability are closely interconnected and should not be treated as separate activities. Instead, they must be integrated into core business strategies to achieve sustainable development, long-term organizational success, and sustained competitive advantage in the evolving global business environment.
