Abstract: Sanskrit, widely known as Devabhasha (the language of the Gods), is regarded as the ultimate symbol of Indian culture and heritage. However, in the modern era, a growing reluctance is observed among students toward the study of the Sanskrit language and its literature. As a result, the subject is gradually facing the threat of extinction within educational institutions. In such a situation, it is absolutely essential to highlight the significance of Sanskrit to the public to revive the language and its literary legacy. Sanskrit remains deeply embedded within every layer of Indian tradition even today. This research paper will illustrate this through the explanation of various examples and evidence-which will undoubtedly guide the Indian youth in the right direction in life and inspire them to reestablish the true importance of the Sanskrit language before the world.
