This paper formalizes the principle of ontological closure of theoretical models within the framework of the Theory of Harmonic Field Resonance (THFR). We address the systemic limitations regarding the role of the observer in the foundational equations of modern physics. We postulate the non-orthogonality of the processes of measurement and existence, wherein the Observer (the biomorphic reduction operator, QCRS) and the fixed matter emerge as conjugate solutions to the tick-by-tick actualization equation of the Informational Quantum Field (IQF). Based on the introduction of the Generalized Tensor of Inter-Interface Coherence Γglobal µν , we substantiate the emergent nature of macroscopic 3D+1 reality not via anthropic alignment, but as a shared stationary fixed point resulting from the universal minimization of a global mismatch functional across distinct reduction interfaces.
