The foundation of nation-building is strengthened and responsible people are created by higher education. Colleges and universities prioritize students' entire development in addition to academic knowledge. Sports, yoga, and physical education are all vital elements of higher education that have a big impact on young people's social, mental, and physical development. The current study integrates yoga, sports, and physical education to investigate the function of higher education in nation-building. The study uses a descriptive methodology and draws on secondary sources, including books, scholarly publications, government papers, and research journals. The study emphasizes how physical education fosters students' leadership, teamwork, discipline, and physical health. Similar to how yoga promotes mental health, emotional balance, and a healthy lifestyle, sports aid in the development of national unity, confidence, competitive spirit, and pride. When combined, these methods aid in the development of law-abiding, disciplined, and productive individuals. The study comes to the conclusion that including yoga, sports, and physical education into higher education institutions is crucial to creating a youth population that is healthy and capable of actively contributing to sustainable development and national advancement.
