In the modern age of information and technology, the role of colleges in skill and employment capacity is important. India is moving towards becoming a developed nation by 2047. National education policy 2020: the effort of colleges is also to provide skill development and employment-generating education to college youth. The role of educational institutions along with colleges is very effective in developing inherent skills and increasing employment capacity in Indian higher education. Accordingly, if government schemes college students are given skill development opportunities through education and training, it will contribute to the economic and social level of the country.
