Abstract

Novi život Theatre (New Life Theatre) for the Blind and Visually Impaired was founded as a drama studio in 1948, which means that it has been operating continuously for almost eighty years, making it the oldest and longest-running world theatre focused exclusively on the blind and partially sighted population. In this text, I will focus mainly on the process of working on the play Who’s Afraid of the Character Yet? , which premiered on December 15th, 2025, at the Zagreb Scenoteka.
