This poster presents a preliminary high-resolution spectroscopic analysis of the bulge globular cluster NGC 6558. Optical GIRAFFE spectra of the selected target 2MASS J18101117–3144580 are used to derive equivalent-width measurements, stellar atmosphere parameters, metallicity, and preliminary abundance ratios for selected alpha elements. These optical results are compared with APOGEE/CAPOS near-infrared literature values to assess the consistency between optical and NIR abundance analyses and to provide a first step toward a broader optical–NIR comparison for NGC 6558.
