Tests four alternative interpolation function forms against the SPARC Radial Acceleration Relation (14 bins, 2630 points) and 22 dwarf spheroidals. Form A (McGaugh-like, α=1.023) wins the RAR at 0.016 dex — indistinguishable from the McGaugh et al. (2016) parameterization, establishing that GCFT's galaxy-scale phenomenology converges to MOND. All four forms fail dSphs at 0/22 within 20%. Free-form analysis reveals a 200× discrepancy at the same acceleration: Fornax at x=0.046 requires ν≈1051 while the RAR demands ν≈5. This structural incompatibility may trace to the Wolf mass estimator assuming Newtonian gravity rather than genuine two-sector physics. CDN-266 pre-registered for modified Jeans equation test.
