We present the Cosmic Compression Cycle (CCC), a novel cosmological hypothesis proposing that matter, understood at the quantum level as vibrating information, undergoes complete informational compression within black holes as a universal physical process. Drawing on the relationship between gravitational time dilation and frequency (f = 1/t), we argue that matter approaching a black hole singularity transitions to a state of infinite frequency, mathematically equivalent to a zero-frequency still state, both representing matter's exit from the physical domain into pure informational storage. We further propose that black holes across the universe will gravitationally converge into a single universal black hole containing the complete informational content of the cosmos. This final state constitutes a latent reservoir awaiting an external activation event, triggering a new cosmological cycle analogous to the Big Bang. Unlike Hawking's gradual information-leakage model, the CCC hypothesis posits total preservation followed by instantaneous and complete release. This work builds upon the author's earlier publications: "The Earth and Cosmic Harmonic Factor" (2013) and its application to NASA's exoplanet database identifying five Earth-equivalent candidate planets (2023).
