prior Zenodo paper (Werbos, June 2026) defined a framework of empirical tests to discriminate among candidate models of the universe. From an initial set of possible criteria, four tests emerged as the ones that actually discriminate among the models that survive initial scrutiny. This paper applies those four tests to the Standard Model (EWT+QCD), Amplitude Estimation (AE) models, and the Ouroboros Lagrangian. The tests are: (1) first-principles derivation of the particle spectrum, (2) explanation of the long-range nuclear force anomaly, (3) near-termlaboratory falsifiability, and (4) Lorentz invariance and mathematical consistency. New numerical results from R. Griesi (June 2026) and stability analysis using the Gelfand-Fomin conjugate point test (June 2026) are incorporated. The Ouroboros Lagrangian passes all four tests with quantitative precision. EWT+QCD fails Tests 1 and 2, and its success on Test 4 depends on renormalization. AE models fail Tests 1, 2, and 4. A structural comparison with J. Duda's liquid crystal model is included. No other model known to the authors passes all four. The Ouroboros Lagrangian is the only model known to the authors that currently passes all four tests.
