In the context of global industrial chain restructuring and intensified technological blockades, Chinas manufacturing industry faces multiple challenges such as industrial chain security, technological autonomy, and green transformation. Integrating the theoretical frameworks of global value chains and technological innovation, this paper systematically analyzes the core problems currently faced by Chinas manufacturing industry, including high external dependence in key links, insufficient industrial chain synergy, and the cost pressure of green transformation. Accordingly, it proposes countermeasures from the macroeconomic policy, industrial synergy, and enterprise levels, including strengthening breakthroughs in core technologies, optimizing factor allocation, and promoting low-carbon transformation, in order to enhance industrial chain resilience and facilitate the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
