This deliverable presents the first version of the Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) developed within the INSPIRE project (Grant Agreement No. 101136592). The document defines the project's communication and dissemination strategy, including key messages, target stakeholder groups, dissemination channels and tools, implementation timeline, and monitoring framework. INSPIRE aims to support the sustainable and inclusive development of European rural areas by promoting social wellbeing, strengthening social inclusion, improving access to high quality social services, and enhancing governance frameworks. The project establishes Smart Village Labs, develops a territorial typology of rural areas, applies e-democracy and user innovation approaches, and will deliver a Rural Social Inclusion Policy Dashboard. The deliverable outlines what will be disseminated, to whom, through which channels, when activities will take place, and how dissemination and communication performance will be monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
