R-layer Mode Theory (LMT) XXXVIII: AUP/MUP Hierarchy and the Emergence of Matter, Radiation, and Life

This volume extends the R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) by introducing a hierarchical structure of small-AUP and small-MUP submodes underlying the conventional AUP/MUP decomposition. This refinement provides a unified mechanism for the continuous variation of AUP purity across particles, isotopes, and biological molecules. The framework explains isotope stability, early-universe element formation without nuclear fusion, and radioactive gamma/X-ray emission as consequences of small-mode reconfiguration driven by the R-layer fundamental tension. A detailed R-layer extension of neutrino oscillations is developed, including effective mixing-angle and mass-squared corrections, a curvature-dependent PMNS matrix, and a four-state formulation incorporating right-handed neutrino interference. The same hierarchical structure offers a physical basis for biological chirality and motivates left-handed antiviral agents exploiting AUP/MUP asymmetry. This volume establishes a unified theoretical structure linking particle physics, cosmology, and biological asymmetry.
