Starting from a single meta-principle — what is inconsistent cannot exist — we demonstrate thephysical emergence of the condensed variational framework. The comparison network on a finite directed 2-complexproduces, without additional assumptions, six structural emergences: low-energy unitarization, gravity and gaugefields as unified curvature projections, the Born rule, the Standard Model fermion spectrum, gauge groupselection, and the Higgs mechanism. Core consequences include KO-dimension constraints for three generations,topological origin of hypercharge quantization, variational selection of four-dimensional spacetime, andderivation of gauge coupling ratios. The SD collapse theorem and KO⁻² discrete attractor mechanism have reducedthe Yukawa sector to a discrete algebraic family; the reduction framework from 19 continuous free parameters to 1continuous scale + 1 discrete family selection has been established.
