The EOSC EDEN Communication, Dissemination and Engagement Plan defines the engagement strategy and planned activities to increase expert involvement in the development, testing, and validation cycles of the outputs of EOSC EDEN. This plan describes the strategic pathways towards engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, e.g. through synchronisation and alignment with pertinent INFRAEOSC projects, notably FIDELIS, and relevant bodies under the EOSC umbrella (e.g. EOSC-A, emerging national EOSC Nodes) with regards to engagement of networks of service providers, and especially repositories and archives. The communication strategy and plan have been designed to increase the awareness of digital preservation at large and support the EOSC EDEN dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities, helping the project to maximise its impact. This Communication, Dissemination, and Engagement Plan is a living document that will be updated throughout the project lifecycle. Its initial version was prepared under Work Package 4 as deliverable D4.1. The current edition represents the first 18-month iteration, and a further updated version will be released at month 36. An overview of the engagement and outreach activities of EOSC EDEN can be found in a separate document, Milestone 14, which was also submitted at month 18.
