Abstract The rapid acceleration of digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped the global labor market, necessitating a profound shift in workforce competencies. This research explores employee perspectives on the effectiveness, accessibility, and relevance of digital upskilling programs. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes data from 450 employees across the technology, finance, and manufacturing sectors. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation (r = 0.62, p 4.0), employees reported a 22\% increase in task efficiency. Conversely, high scores in "Technostress" indicators were inversely correlated (r = -0.48) with overall training satisfaction, confirming that when training is perceived as overwhelming or disconnected from day-to-day realities, it serves as a barrier rather than an enabler
